What connecting actually involves
- Every channel is connected through that platform's own authorization screen. You can disconnect from the platform at any time.
- Replying to Google reviews needs a separate Google Business Profile authorization for the location.
- Review request automation is a Growth feature and needs a supported practice management integration. Messaging limits and costs are confirmed at activation.
- No patient records are needed to use Create or Publish, and sample content never contains clinical detail.
